Transition Skills

A session designed to upgrade your confidence and skills from the moment you grab your helmet and bike, to the point at which you are into your run.

This session will include all the elements to smoothly and quickly transition (once your wetsuit is off). It will also have include elements of bike handling confidence and skills that will be beneficial to all triathletes or duathletes.
