A training plan starting with a coach consultation is a great way to add personalisation over a pre-written plan.

Think of these training plans as a ‘coaching light’ version.

You want some guidance on your training but still want to retain flexibility and control of your choices.

After an initial form and consultation (£40) a training plan block can be written for anywhere between 4 and 8 weeks at a cost of £10 per week.

This can be a standalone plan or you can choose to have a plan written each four weeks with consultations each time for example. The timings and consultations are flexible to meet your needs and the athlete can make individual choices to suit.

This will require the use of TrainingPeaks and for the athlete to independently navigate the uploading of their own data and decision making through each requested block of the training plan between consultations.

Additionally athletes can also add another consultation or any face to face coaching sessions to work on technique in swim, bike or run.
