The session provides a fantastic opportunity to practice not only open water swimming but the transition to other disciplines. Not only transition between swim, bike and run but also how to transition from pool swimming to swimming in the open water. There will be an opportunity for each athlete to complete a short aquathlon (swim to run).
There is no need for attendees to bring a bike or cycling equipment.
